Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Country Inn was quite mixed. The location was perfect for skiing, right at the base of Jiminy Peak, which made access super easy. The suite was spacious and had a nice setup, but there were cleanliness issues that really stood out. The dining options were enjoyable, though inconsistent in service, and I wish there were more activities available in the off-season. Overall, it was a decent experience but not without its drawbacks.
The Country Inn offers a clean and spacious environment ideal for families, with plenty of fun activities onsite, particularly in the summer and winter. The cleanliness of the suites was impressive, and the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were definite highlights. However, some dining options were pricey with inconsistent service, and the location was somewhat isolated, making it less convenient if you're looking to explore beyond the resort.
The stay had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the location right at the base of Jiminy Peak made skiing incredibly convenient. However, the rooms were disappointing with cleanliness issues and the overall condition could use some updates. Dining options were limited during the off-season, and the pool area was not accessible at that time.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the location right at the base of Jiminy Peak was fantastic for skiing, I encountered significant cleanliness issues with my room, which impacted my overall enjoyment. The range of facilities offered was nice, especially the heated pool, but the noise levels from other guests were a downside. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the convenient on-site Country Store for snacks and essentials.
The Country Inn offers a prime location right at the base of Jiminy Peak, making it perfect for ski enthusiasts. The spacious suites accommodate families well and provide basic kitchen amenities, which are a plus. However, there were issues with room cleanliness and availability of breakfast options that left something to be desired. Overall, it's a decent choice if you come prepared and are okay with some inconveniences.
